Terms and Conditions

  • Deposits of 50% will be required to confirm your booking payable via wire transfer.
  • The balance is payable upon completion of the safari in cash or by wire transfer.
  • Trophies taken or wounded are charged for.
  • Upon your arrival at the airport in Port Elizabeth you will be required to sign an indemnity form; an important and necessary formality.
  • If the hunting safari is cancelled 90 days prior to arrival, no deposit will be refunded. In all other instances the deposit is 50% refundable.
  • No refunds on package trophies that were wounded or shot at.
  • Temporary importing of firearm is your own responsibility.
  • If you do not wish to travel with your own firearm, you are welcome to make use of one of the rifles of the accompanying PH (rifle hire and ammo will be charged accordingly).

Liability

While ensuring all reasonable care and maintaining precautions for the safety of clients, Bosch & Botha Safaris accepts no responsibility for any illness, accident, or loss arising from any cause whatsoever. We recommend an all-cover insurance policy prior to arrival in South Africa.

What to bring

  • Light neutral coloured clothing, shorts/trousers
  • Sunscreen, insect repellent, lip balm and sunglasses
  • Hat and binoculars
  • Comfortable shoes and clothes to wear at night around the fire and outside
  • Hiking boots
